The Board is a Leader Development Platform designed to bridge the leadership gap. Aligned with behavioral science-backed leadership development, our platform can deliver unparalleled flexibility and measurable impact in leadership coaching engagements.

This customized board is the position of CEOs and owners of small and medium businesses. By registering in Board of Ideas, you will go through a board of directors’ process simulation, during which you will be given the role as a member of board of directors of a disguised real company, where you will share your decision-making ideas with a group of your peers in a board room discussion to decide on a merger. Members share their concerns, challenges, problems, and questions with people of the same professional level and active in various industries in a safe and non-competitive atmosphere which is based on trust and will take steps towards multifold growth.
In each session a real case offers a role-play simulation in which a team of up to 12 participants acts as a board of directors of a business company. The board must make decisions based on given information on the existing challenge. These meetings are formed in a period of 12 weeks and the topic of each session is one of the 12 main business challenges that can move towards scalable growth by changing the attitude and simplifying it.
